Mark recently defended a young man wrongfully charged with False Imprisonment. If convicted, the client faced up to life in prison. After a two day jury trial in Oakland County Circuit Court, the jury found the client not guilty.
Mark recently defended a young man charged with 12 felony weapon charges. After a lengthy preliminary exam, Mark and his co-counsel were able to convince the District Court Judge to dismiss 11 of the felony weapon counts. A motion will be filed seeking dismissal of the last felony count.
